TEAM REGISTRATION FORMS
The following team sports require a $100/team registration fee: BASKETBALL, FLOOR HOCKEY, LITTLE LEAGUE, SOFTBALL, TUG OF WAR & VOLLEYBALL To register a team, coaches or coordinators must fill out a Team Registration form. You can download the form below and bring it to your Community Registration Officer. Coaches and coordinators must ensure all team members are also registered as athletes. Registration For Communities outside of Cape Breton
If your community would like to participate in the 2012 Summer Games, please contact us at nssummergames@gmail.com Communities outside of Cape Breton must register as a "community". Get the COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION FORM HERE The fee for Community Registration is $1000. Once your community is registered, athlete & team registration can begin. Be A Scroll Bearer in the
2012 Nova Scotia Mi’kmaw Summer Games
and Be A Part of History!
If you are at least 12 years old, and from one of the five Unama’ki communities you can apply!
All physical abilities are eligible. You do not have to be a registered athlete in the 2012 games to apply.
The requirements for this application are:
· Must be at least 12 years old
· Must reside in one of the five Unama’ki communities
· Must have parental consent if you are under 18 years old
· Must be able to walk/run/wheel ½ mile
· Must submit online application by FRIDAY JUNE 15th deadline
· Must be postmarked by WEDNESDAY JUNE 13th (if mailing the application)
PLEASE NOTE:
Only complete applications received by the deadline will be forwarded to the 2012 Scroll Run committee for consideration.
Only chosen applicants will be contacted.
Online applications will be accepted until FRIDAY, JUNE 15th.
